30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team via our contact page with your order number.
2. We will provide a return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and drop off at any carrier location.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened consumables (ink cartridges, paper reams, cleaning supplies), hazardous materials, and special-order items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
